At Paul Nouri Piano Studio, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Lesson Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a reschedule or refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy:

• If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Lessons:

• We allow rescheduling based on availability if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds are granted only if a lesson is canceled by the instructor or due to unavoidable circumstances.
